Paula Sweet 

Hi, I’m Paula Sweet — a qualified clinical therapist, registered hypnotherapist, counsellor, and CBT practitioner based in the UK. I’m registered with the BACP and have over a decade of experience helping clients overcome anxiety, trauma, compulsive behaviours, and emotional difficulties.
